Kings and Queens for the day May 2023
Your School Councillors decided that one of the ways to celebrate the recent King Charles' Coronation, would be for each class to have their own King and Queen. Children had to decide form the the children who put themselves up for the vote with a secret ballot. The chosen ones were then crowned and had privileges within their class for the day. Later that afternoon, we all got together for a royal treat, thanks to Sue Smith, our dinner lady, who provided cakes, buns and biscuits.
I'm sure you will agree, everyone looks fabulous for our Royal event!
Here we have Nursery enjoying their crafty sessions, making crowns and sceptres as well as baking some scrumptious biscuits too.
