World Mental Health Day 2023

Mental Health is so important and we need to make sure that we are supporting each other, being there for each other and educating everyone and making sure they understand that no one is judged. No one should feel ashamed about their mental health, it is ok to not be ok and more importantly, know it's ok to ask for help. 

World Mental Health Day (10 Oct) was a day for us to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. The theme this year was 'Stay Connected', so the whole school looked at the people who we can trust and connect with in our times of need as well as how we can look after each other and ourselves.
